What is the difference between the national Jonk Fuerscher contest and the Luxembourg International Science Expo (LISE)?
The national Jonk Fuerscher contest is a competition for young people between 11 and 21 years, that either live and/or go to a school in Luxembourg. Click here for more information concerning the contest.
The Luxembourg International Science Expo (LISE) however is an exhibition welcoming both national and international laureates to present their projects to the public in a non-competitive setting. Click here for more information about LISE.

After having completed the pre-registration to the national contest, do I have to participate in it?
No, the pre-registration is not an obligation to participate in the contest. However, in order to participate in the contest, pre-registration is mandatory.

Can I apply for a specific award?
No, the awards will be distributed by an independent jury, based on the quality and topic of your project, amongst other criteria.
